STORE POLICY

All Earrings, Flowers and Headwear items are handmade by Shelley Christie.  Shelley ensures that the quality of materials and her creations are of the very highest standard.  ​Colours in the displayed photos may vary depending on your device ie. desktop computers versus tablet or phone.  We aim to ensure that the colours in the photos are as accurate as possible.  ​Please choose carefully, as no refunds or exchanges are offered for change of mind.  

 

​Custom Orders
Made-to-order timelines:

  • Millinery: 1-3 weeks

  • Flowers: 5-7 days

  • Earrings: depending on orders in progress: 1-3 days 

Once a Custom Order has been placed, a 50% deposit is required.  Upon completion of the order, an invoice and photo will be sent to you via email, for which the balance is due within 2 days of invoice.  Your order will be completed once payment is received in full and posted within 2 business days.

Payment Methods
Credit/debit card, PayPal and direct EFT all accepted from of payment. EFTPOS facilities also available in studio.  

COVID-19 POLICY

All orders are made in my studio which is regularly cleaned to COVID-safe standards.   If you visit the studio, QR code scanning is required upon entry.  

Many businesses are managing supply and/or delivery delays due to circumstances arising from the impacts of COVID-19.  In the current circumstances, a reasonable timeframe is likely to be longer than what is usual.  

However, if I cannot supply you with the goods that you order due to these restrictions, I will reimburse you for the goods purchased.

Shelley Christie is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines my ongoing obligations to you, with respect to how I manage your Personal Information.

I have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). My online store is hosted by Squarespace, which provides me with an e-commerce platform and allows me to sell my products and services to you.

Examples of Personal Information we collect include names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.  I collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing services to you, providing information to clients and marketing. I may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.  When I collect Personal Information, I will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why I am collecting the information and how I plan to use it.
