Shipping
I aim to complete and ship all online orders within 3 business days of receiving your order.  If you require your order quickly, it would beneficial if you select Express Post instead of Regular Post.  

Custom order pieces will ship in line with timings discussed when order is placed, and payment received in full.   

All orders will be sent via Australia Post.   

Shelley Christie Melbourne is not liable for any damage, misplaced goods or package’ sent to an incorrect address by Australia Post.   Please make sure that the correct address is entered at checkout or by email.  If products are faulty or damaged upon receipt, please advise within 48 hours. We offer local delivery for the Mornington Peninsula, or orders can be picked up from the Studio at prearranged time.  We can also arrange collection from Oakleigh South if required. 

 

All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of your order’s shipping fee.  Please contact your local customs office if you are unaware of additional costs.
