Returns

All items are handmade by Shelley Christie.  I take pride in the quality of materials and creations so that my clients are receiving pieces that are made just for them.  Each item of EARRINGS, HEADWEAR and FLOWERS are hand crafted, hand painted, made to suit the individual and sometimes there maybe some irregularities in the process and that’s what makes the items unique.

For hygiene reasons Shelley Christie cannot accept returns or exchanges on Earrings and Headwear that have been worn or design changed after delivery.  Shelley Christie does not provide a refund if you change your mind, ordered wrong product or used/worn the product for long term and the problem is because of usual wear & tear.  

Any items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition while in transit with AusPost, will not be accepted for returns or refunds.  Please check that all items received are what you have ordered and advise Shelley Christie if incorrect. 

My products come with guarantees Under Australian Common Law, a customer has a right to return a product if the product does not meet certain consumer guarantees – if the product is faulty.  

Please advise in writing within 48hours after receipt of goods to:  hello@shelleychristiemelbourne.com.au

Shelley Christie will repair or replace any item that has been damaged by Buyer at the Buyer expense.  That includes postage and replacement materials. 

Shelley Christie will repair or replace any defective items in relation to faulty design, materials, or workmanship at her own expense.
